It is not exactly magical vamp because it does not work on all kinds of enemies and it is not exactly game-breaking that the enemy has to rush grievous wounds against Morgana. It is also a great addition when trying to both siege or defend as it can easily be proc’d using her 2nd ability, Tormented Shadows.
